Preserving Bangka Belitung's Pewter Heritage
Founded in 1995 in the heart of Pangkal Pinang, Sentosa Pewter began as a small workshop dedicated to preserving the ancient art of pewter crafting. Bangka Belitung, known as Indonesia's "Tin Island," has been the center of tin mining for centuries.
Our founder, Yudi Utama, learned the intricate techniques of pewter crafting from local artisans who inherited the skills from generations before him. What started as a modest workshop has grown into a respected brand that showcases Bangka Belitung's rich cultural heritage.
Today, we continue to honor traditional methods while embracing contemporary designs, creating pieces that bridge the gap between heritage and modern elegance.
